Joe Henney
Joe has worked in healthcare and information technology for 14 years, to include 11 years in the United States Air Force. Throughout his career, Joe has served in multiple leadership positions and currently serves as Iron Bow Technologies’ VA Connected Care Senior Portfolio Manager.
Under his guidance, the Portfolio of 500+ native and subcontractor personnel delivers telehealth products and services to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs via a single award contract covering application development, implementation, training, 24/7/365 helpdesk services, clinical adoption, analytics, and hardware integration. Before joining Iron Bow, Joe served as the Senior Healthcare Administrator at the White House Medical Unit, where he led a team responsible for the IT, logistics, support, and manpower operations to guarantee worldwide 24/7/365 medical coverage for the President and Vice President.
Prior to the White House, Joe held various leadership positions within the Air Force Medical Service covering various program management roles within Military Treatment Facilities, culminating with two jobs on Air Staff supporting the Air Force Surgeon General.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the United States Air Force Academy and his Master of Science in Information Systems Management from San Diego State University.
