Iron Bow Healthcare Solutions offers annual maintenance plans to ensure the ongoing performance of its telehealth solutions and the uninterrupted mission of our customers. Telephone support is managed through Iron Bow’s Client Service Center (CSC), an ITIL-based contact center located in the United States. The CSC’s ticketing system enables the triaging, classification and escalation based on incident and severity (e.g. low, medium, high and critical) facilitating timely access to the appropriate technicians.
