JEDMED’s Horus Scope is specifically designed for telemedicine and is an easy handheld video system used to capture and transmit images of the body. The Horus uses interchangeable attachments for EN&T, dermatology, ophthalmology, audiology and other general exams.

JEDMED Horus Scope Lenses


Otoscope Attachment

Used for viewing images of the tympanic membrane and auditory canal.

  • Built-in LED for illumination and color accuracy
  • Supports a variety of ear specula in adult and pediatric sizes
  • Also used for doing pneumotoscopy
  • Insufflator bulb included


Surface Lens

Used for close-up, highly-magnified images of skin areas.

  • Built-in LED for illumination and color accuracy
  • Polarization technology reduces reflection
  • In lens ruler for measurement


General Viewing Lens

Used to meet a variety of needs for wider angle views. Common uses include basic examination, viewing mouth and teeth and burns.

  • Built-in LED for illuminating and color accuracy


Fundus/Ophthalmoscope Lens

Used to capture images of the fundus including the optic nerve.

  • Both IR and LED technology
  • Capture images with no dilation required
  • 40-degree field of view of the fundus


Anterior Chamber Lens

Used for viewing cornea, anterior segment and scleral areas of the eye.

  • Standard LED and cobalt blue light for viewing corneal defects
  • Provides a high magnification, high resolution view of the anterior segment


Endoscope Interface Lens (C-Mount)

Allows connection of nearly any new or existing endoscopes to the Horus Scope.

  • Rigid or fiber optic



E-Scope Electronic Stethoscope

Built to allow traditional listening methods with increased volume. For use by hearing impaired, for research, recording patients for electronic medical records and for use in telemedicine.

  • Amplifies sounds up to 30 times louder than an acoustic scope
  • Control filter switch for frequency range
  • Button controls located on stethoscope head
  • E-Scope returns to the most recently set volume each time the unit is re-powered
  • 64 possible volume outputs
  • Maximum output of 125 dB, undistorted



Combines ambient noise reduction and frictional noise dampening features with amplification, Bluetooth and new user interface for ease of use.
